easier than you think to gather the information to apply; Whether you apply online or contact me directly by phone or e-mail, there are several documents you will need to locate and organize to best expedite the application process. • Check for appraisal and credit report • W-2 for last two years • Most recent pay stubs covering 30-day period • Supporting documentation to verify any other type of income • Earnest money agreement (for purchases only) • Name and account numbers of all outstanding debts • Rental agreements for all rental properties owned • Copy of divorce decree if applicable • Landlord ’s name and address last two years • Three months statements for savings, checking, and investment accounts If you have any questions about documents you will need please contact me and, in addition, please take the time to review the common questions section of this site. |
